Our units will continue to be thoroughly cleaned and sprayed with disinfectant before and after each rental period.

What are the delivery details such as delivery areas, cost and times?"The price for delivery is included in the rental cost, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out than 15 miles within our free delivery zone. Remember prices do not include sales tax which is 7.5% in the state of Florida. We deliver to Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze, Cantonment, Milton, Bagdad, Navarre, Navarre Beach, Beulah, and Seminole, AL but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote - (850) 417-9373. For bounce house delivery and pick-up times review the 'What are set-up details such as set-up and pick-up times?' in the list below. For yard card delivery times see 'What are the yard card delivery details such as delivery times and rental period?' in the list below.

What are the yard card delivery details such as delivery times and rental period?Price includes set up and take down of your personalized greeting. If your delivery is scheduled for a night time set up, we will deliver your yard greeting rental after dusk, the night before your celebration. -
What is your yard card refund policy?Bad weather, changes in plans, we get it, things happen. If you must cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled deliver for a full refund. If Mother Nature intervenes and we are unable to set up your greeting due to severe weather, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, there will be no refund if: • The homeowner prevents us from setting up the display • The homeowner asks us to remove the display. • You have given us the wrong address • The delivery is to a gated community and we can’t get in. • There is a dog on the property that won’t let us in the yard. • Or for any other reason that is beyond our control that prevents us from setting up the display. Please Note: Every attempt is always made to deliver your yard card greeting.

Can the renter move the inflatable or yard card to another location once installation has taken place ?NO! It is strictly prohibited to move or relocate the inflatables or yard card greetings once they've been installed. This is a safety concern as well as a concern for damage to the rental items. Renters will be charged a $200.00 fee if rental items are moved or relocated in any way after the installation crew departs the site.

What are set-up details such as set-up and pick-up times? The standard bounce house rental time period is 7 hours. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play. The time of set-up depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
-
Are there any cleaning fees? What can't you bring inside the inflatable?Hopefully there are not any cleaning fees necessary after your rental is picked-up. We expect to receive our inflatables back in a fairly clean condition. We realize that children in and out of it all day can allow grass to enter by means of their socks. We will not charge for cleaning this. However, any sharp objects, silly string, food, gum, beverages, glitter, toy slime, sand, rocks, sticks, mud, leaves or excessive grass inside the unit will result in a minimum $50.00+ clean-up fee at the time of pickup, and possibly damage charges. The inflatable will be inspected before it’s packed up at your location.
-
Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a long period of time. If this happens, please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.

How big are the inflatables? Are there any special requirements? Most of our inflatable jumps are 15'x15' which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each inflatable jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Inflatables need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the inflatable jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup. Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
-
What surfaces do you set up on? How much space is needed? We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Unfortunately, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. The area for your inflatable set up does not need to be perfectly level; however, a reasonably flat area is desired. Inflatables can never be set up on a hill. Inflatables may NEVER, under any circumstances, be set up on sand, dirt, wood chips, or gravel of any kind. Serious injury to patrons or damage to the Inflatable could occur. Generally, you need at least a 20' x 20' area for most of our Inflatables.
-
Can a water slide or a bounce house combo slide be set up to empty into an inground pool ?NO! Absolutely, not! This is not a safe practice and we always advise against it! Therefore, Haus of Hop will not set up any inflatables to empty into an inground pool.
-
For 'wet bounce houses', can water be used with electricity and what other details should a customer know?"Under no circumstances should water be used with any dry inflatable as they are NOT designed for such use. However, Haus of Hop offers many inflatables that are intended for use with water. It is safe to use electricity with inflatables that use water, but it is important to know when using inflatables that require water that the electrical outlet should be protected by a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). This will trip if there is an electrical short, preventing potential safety hazards . Also, you should ensure that any extension cords or electrical cords are not in or around water during the rental period.
-
Do you service apartments, condominiums, duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes, or townhouses?Unfortunately, we do not service apartments or condominiums unless it is by the management of the apartment or condominium itself. For duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes, or townhomes we only service if they have their own separate yard/property that is not shared.
-
What about parks? Do parks have electricity? We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you can rent a generator from us at a rate of $75 per inflatable rental and it includes a full tank of gas. Additionally, generators cannot be rented by themselves, and must be rented along side a Haus of Hop inflatable. Please note that some cities require a park permit, and it is up to the renter to secure the park permit before their event date, not Haus of Hop. Haus of Hop will not refund any reservations due to renters not securing a park permit in time. Finally, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.
-
Can adults go down the water slides?Yes, absolutely. Weight restrictions may apply, see individual unit's instructions located on the actual inflatable beforehand.
-
How many kids can jump in the bounce house at one time?See parameters listed under each product on the product detail page. Typically up to 6 kids on one bounce house.
-
What kind of supervision is needed? All of our equipment requires an adult supervisor at all times! The customer is responsible to provide competent adult supervision to ensure that the rules are followed.
-
Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
-
Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've placed an order or you may contact our office.
-
Do you provide the leader hose for the water slides?Yes we do, and it is provided during the set up. There is no extra charge for this service. However, customers are responsible for the hoses needed to connect to the water spigot that are far away from the set up area.
-
Do I have to rent a generator for a bounce house or water slide? No, Generators are only needed if your event site does not have access to an electrical outlet. Examples: Parks and outdoor recreational areas, parking lots, large open fields, etc.. Residential homes and commercial businesses do NOT need to rent a generator if they have sufficient access to electrical outlets.
-
Do you provide extension cords ?Yes! We have them on hand and we bring them during set up.
-
Can customers pick up equipment?Customers may only pick up tables & chairs, and yard-sized games. Customers are not permitted to pick up any inflatables, yard cards, or generators.
-
Is Haus of Hop licensed & insured ?Yes, Haus of Hop is fully licensed and insured to service the Emerald Coast. All inflatables and yard cards are inspected/cleaned on a regular basis. Haus of Hop only purchases products manufactured and sold in the United States.
-
Do you accept tax exemption certificates ?Yes, please email them to info@hausofhop.com before the event date
-
Do you offer military, veteran or front-line worker discounts?"Yes. We offer a 10% discount on rentals to active, reserve, and retired military personnel. As well as front-line emergency workers. It is our small way of saying, "Thank You" to our heroes. Please let our reservation staff know that you are in the military or in an emergency care field when you call, and we will be honored to extend this discount to you.
